Fundraise
We raise funds through student fundraising initiatives, business sponsorships, community partnerships, individual donations, and more, in order to provide a memorable school year for all students and staff.
The Leawood Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (LES PTO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, volunteer-led organization dedicated to supporting the students, staff, and families of our community.
LES PTO funds the academic and social “extras” through membership, fundraising, community and business partnerships, and volunteerism. Every membership, donation, and volunteer hour directly impacts our entire school community, and is a positive investment in the education of each and every LES student.
We provide the “extra magic” that tax dollars don’t cover.
Fueled entirely by parent/guardian and LES staff support and energy.
We raise funds through student fundraising initiatives, business sponsorships, community partnerships, individual donations, and more, in order to provide a memorable school year for all students and staff.
We fund educational programs, field trips, assemblies, guest speakers, and enrichment opportunities that support and enhance student learning.
From family events and book fairs to field day and seasonal celebrations, we help create memorable experiences that bring our school community together.
We support our school community through staff appreciation efforts, classroom support, staff grants, hospitality, campus improvement projects, and other resources that help our community thrive.
Whether you become a PTO member, serve on a committee, volunteer at an event, sponsor a program, or make a donation, your support benefits every LES student and staff and helps strengthen our school community.
Together, we are making a difference: one student, one classroom, and one community event at a time.
