It’s time for our annual Raise Craze student fundraiser (September 4 - September 25)! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year with a goal of $45,000; 100% of the funds we raise go directly back into our wonderful school through the important work of our PTO to provide programs, events, classroom resources, enrichment opportunities, and more for every student at LES.
During this fundraiser, students ask friends and family for donations via the online Raise Craze platform while serving others. Registering your family is quick and simple.
Here’s how it works:
- Each LES family will create a Raise Craze account. You can add multiple children to the same account so you only need one login.
- Parents and students can share their unique fundraising link with friends, family, and neighbors. Get creative! Email, text, or post to your own social media!
- Students will pay it forward by completing acts of kindness (AOKs) in their communities - this can be at school, at home, in their neighborhoods, etc. They will log their AOKs on their profile so we can track how many acts of kindness we complete as a school!

- Students will spend time serving, not selling, to raise needed funds for our school.
Our Goals:
- Raise $45,000: a suggested donation of $85/student will accomplish this goal!
- Total of 1,500 Acts of Kindness (AOKs) logged: an average of 3 acts of kindness per student will achieve this goal!
- 100% participation: every student can participate in Raise Craze by registering and simply completing AOKs!
We've got your first AOK planned! Join together for our Community Kindness Day Tuesday, September 8th at 10:30am to clean up our school grounds as a group and leave chalk messages of kindness on sidewalks.

We know there are a lot of asks at the beginning of the school year, but this is done to ensure we have the budget available for all the fun things we plan throughout the year. This year, that includes LES Carnival, Spinning Tree Theatre all-school assembly, fully-funded field trips, a yearbook and LES t-shirt for each and every student and staff, supplemental curriculum technology programs iXL and BrainPop (which PTO is 100% funding due to district budget cuts), staff grants and curriculum support to ensure teachers aren’t spending their own money on classroom items, and so much more. The PTO is grateful for your support to fund and facilitate an incredible academic and social experience for our students and staff. Thank you so much for your support!
